This is the best overpowered isekai setting I've recently read.
And I think that, because it truly IS the ideal situation. Being able to live very long lives alongside a pretty as hecc dragon girl and having the power required to maintain that situation, would honestly be a dream come true. The character also is someone who I'd probably be if I was in a situation like this. It's not like he's arrogant, he's just kinda whimsical due to his power. And that's honestly way more interesting than some run-of-the-mill "I wAnNa gO bAck"- type of deal, that we get on a regular basis.
