    Don't listen to the guy below me. This and Yonensei (The work you should read before this one) are some of the best manga about the complexities of maintaining an adult relationship to this day. The characters really change over the course of both works and while they are still themselves you really get to see how they also changed and grown somewhat.

    I too would have like that but then we wouldn't have gotten the disconnect between his feelings and his condition that drives a good chunk of the comedy and his emotional arc trying to adapt to his "good looks" is genuinely an interesting one imo
