Most all humans are not meant to be limited to just one characteristic or trait (even some character archetypes can be very dynamic), so it's natural to see yourself in many different, yet similar, people.
Different author. This one got the same author as danmachi. Tho oomori sensei got no problem killing off his chara (e.g sword oratoria) so you're right on that.
