Author has a great sense of story telling. Provides plenty of mystery while not rubbing it in our faces that we haven't solved it yet. Great pacing too, when certain topics or scenes are about to feel to common or overused, they switch it out with some new mysteries and previous mysteries get revealed or a bit more detailed.
The characters are great as well. When they aren't doing NPC things required by the game, they have very sound logic. Things you've always thought of when watching/reading thrillers or horror, they are thinking/saying the same. And then they actually put it into action! It's great!
The relationships between the characters are a huge highlight. They are portrayed with a balance of a gamer and an average horror genre fan. So they interact with each other with this balance that's so pleasant to read. You end up finding things in each one that you agree with and end up hoping they succeed.
The romance aspect is on a whole other level. You're seeing the story from many POVs so you understand a bit more why they are doing things in certain ways. But to see them approach each other with curiosity, trepidation and eventually love is amazing. Worries about the end and worries about enemies all get put to the side for these beautiful small moments to open up to each other. But not in a stupidly naive way that makes a killer show up accidentally. They are always hyper aware of the killer, but they are smart and skilled enough to handle that and have honest conversations with each other at key moments.
This is a must read for any thriller/horror fan who always felt the intelligence lacking of characters in those stories. The yandere vibes and BL is a huge plus if that's your thing 😉
Yeah I said what I said.
Season 1 Finale - 30 Chapters - Hiatus - NOT THE END
One of the best manhwas I've read recently and if it continues like this it will definitely become one of my favorites. My favorites are all stories that I read more than once or twice. The plot is so well thought out I love it.😍 The graphics are so fantastic and I liked them so much with Heat and Love. I hope there are many, many more chapters.🤗 A print version isn't bad either.😏🤩
