I haven't seen anyone commenting on this yet, but I was taken aback by the quality of the art, especially compared to the covers I saw being used. I don't think the art looks professional in the slightest.The paneling looks fine, but besides that... The anatomy is really wonky at places, and so are the way the clothes are drawn. I'm typically more forgiving of the latter if the former is adequate, but neither are to the point of it being distracting. The hatching also looks kind of heavy in many panels. It's just not a very good looking manga.
On the rest of it: I don't know what angle the commentary is being delivered from, but if we're meant to side with the protagonists, the mangaka is doing a bad job at making us understand why.

This review is only based off chapter 1.
Aliens have come to earth, saved it and have integrated into society. Two social misfits blame these aliens for society's ills and virtually everything that's gone wrong with their lives, and end up (without spoiling) taking their first actions against the aliens.
Best case scenario is that these are villain protagonists, because if they aren't this comes across as a very xenophobic and anti-immigrant premise.
