It's the typical reincarnation of emperor into loser body, becomes handsome, rejects girl that rejected him before, etc. except it's done far better here. I actually quite liked this one. If the normal Chinese stuff that follows these tropes is like a 3, this is a 7 or 8.
There are mixups added into the trope, like it being a world where women are superior/ in traditionally male roles. The women in this manhua are also, unlike usual Chinese stuff, actually independently functional from the male mc, which is a very nice change. Although, at the end of the day, it's still Chinese, so they're all crazy for mc, but still a huge improvement.
There was bunch of girls who would tell MC how unattractive they find him on daily basis. I liked the part where he couldn't care less about them and all other people badmouthing him, but before long he loses weight and suddenly the very same girls make a 180. One girl might have been more interesting among the bunch (she didn't care who he looked before or after), but MC is only interested in stealing her cultivation techniques (or something along the lines). MC also quickly develops a secret scheming identity and I don't really like that trope.
Your typical Chinese mashup where they take a bunch of popular things and cram them into a tiny box without anything unique. It has the most boring type of MC, one that has zero personality, a completely one-track mind, and is completely asexual and ignores all women yet somehow has a harem constantly chasing after him. I immediately assume any author that makes this kind of protagonist is an incel. He's your average cultivator reincarnation protagonist with all that usually entails. It's another reverse-world garbage story where one gender is second-class citizens. Not sure how this would appeal to anyone from the Western world because this is something that only still exists in the East.
