The manga does a lackluster way of saying that your recognized as a master of a skill when it's at 50 not that it's capped and he hides the fact his healing is at 100 because it's a dead giveaway that he's higher class than a healer and he's trying to stay out of the spot light

After 7 years it's finally back

it's not that the fight scenes are bad. it's simply that the mix between the unique art style and the mangaka's way of expressing slow and clear movements through the panels may not be your cup of tea. This story runs off of realism, and in reality gusts of air don't appear when people get punched, the ground doesn't crack when someone strong stomps. It may be hard to get used to because we are all spoiled from the fantasy we read but just watch a martial arts fight and you will get it. Most fights end in 1-3 hits in reality and so in order to make that real fight into an entertaining scene the artist focuses on the smaller movements and action almost giving it a slow-motion feeling.
