I don't know how prophecies works in this story, sure i can assume that simple precognition is easy, those with abilities that allow the understand of "probability" and connection to higher "planes" should be able to see a few months in advance easily, but Zora was defining the course of nations and i don't see any difference from what she saw and what she did.

Did Zora even for a minute think of talking with Antitise? Just share with him the possibility of what could happen, try to find any other way, to not kill her "comrade" and his family?

The fruit in the forest is eaten by giba. If people forage, giba starve and attack post town fields en masse. To avoid catastrofe, they made a deal, keep giba numbers in check and dont forage in exchange be allowed to live there, legislative autonomy and exchange giba tusks and pelts for coin and/or supplies.

I'd say its probably about as long as the previous arc where he played that soldier. It probably felt longer to many since it had far less action than the previous arc.
