Of course, the more specific your interpretation of the word race, the more differences you can point out, but that doesn't change that what society calls "race" isn't anything quite hyper-specific like differentiating between northern and southern Chinese.

At that point, this is an argument purely about semantics - about how specific your definition of the word race is. Arguing any more would be pointless.
