Ignoring his "low standards", the guy is doing something to improve himself, it isnt perfect effort but who really does that perfectly, but... i can see a mile away what this can devolve into if she goes on a date with a inexperienced dude with "low expectations" like that, and this author has a rapsheet a mile long with cliches like that.

I quite enjoy this one. Feels a little less like the norm compared to the others in this genre.

Sorry to ruin the fantasy guys, but the shit you want in life won't just randomly fall out of the sky like it did for Sakuraba here. You have to take it, make it, fake it, but the key is that you have to do something. It is in fact Reika that takes what she wants in this story. It is she that wants to be happy, wants to be cared for, and wants a family. Surprise, surprise... she gets what she wants. She's far more of a protagonist and a more human character. Is it shitty to take advantage of this guy's mental illness? Yeah. It is something a real person would do? Yeah. I don't like Reika, but she's a good character and maybe the only one in this manga.

Anyways, I'm tired of talking about this story.

TLDR: The art is good, the mystery is intriguing, the MC is trash, the other characters are not likeable. Ending feels rushed.
