Chuuko demo Koi ga Shitai!

Don't read it. Ending is pretty messed up tbh. Not what I'd expect. Technically happy ending, but not a harem ending, so definitely some sacrifices, and some got done in way harder than others.

I'll put it like this. If you're like me, and you want love to be rewarded, do not read this. The character that arguably takes the largest strides to show love to mc gets completely nuked at the end, like way worse than just rejected, and to make it worse, she still loves him in the end and just accepts it. She does take immoral actions to get his love, but it's all in the name of love, and it's not like she or her actions are insane or anything to justify hating her/casting her aside. She just liked MC that much. She even begged him for harem end so she could stay with them.

But, I digress, all in all, I'm depressed and I regret having read this.

I genuinely can't tell if I love or hate this manga.

I swear to god this manga is actually retarded. Rape gets treated like stealing candy (zero to minimal punishment). But I guess it is somewhat enjoyable if you don't take it seriously, granted the enjoyment comes from looking at the ridiculous plot in disbelief.

Kinda like Iris Zero where the MC is trying to help all the harem members with their own issues through research and investigations rather than deus ex machina or convenient and contrived resolutions. However, some resolutions are contrived and will make you scratch your head about the reasoning.
However, author does get lazy and use very stereotypical storylines and character designs. Not much originality here. If you like harem series, you may like this. Otherwise, you're not missing much if you skip this.

The target demographic of this story is definitely aimed at eroge otakus. It's core message is to advertise that you should never give up on real '3D' world relationships. With this in mind, I'm not entirely upset that our female protag

is actually a virgin against our initial expectations, since our author knows how touchy his beta-male readers would get otherwise. Shame since it would've put a nice spin on things if she wasn't one in this context.Although this story is pretty generic, there's some dark undertones that shakes up the plot, making it fresh in parts... Still hard to recommend it others outside of the target demographic though.
