The translation is awful. Which is a real shame because the story seems interesting.
And not only is the translation bad, there are so many grammatical errors which make no sense at all. Like come on... Just get a quality checker who passed 5th grade, that should be enough.
Oh and don't get me started on the inconsistent names, this fat guy that MC was fighting kept calling himself 'father', only for our MC to suddenly refer to himself as the father?! Then the translation referred to him by his name, his title as 3rd prince, father and fatty like 10 times in just a couple of chapters. Just stick to one name for a couple of chapters, it shouldn't be this hard guys.
Manga is monthly releases, anime is done in seasons, doesn't seem super complicated. Both are based off of the novels so the story is so far past what you have experienced that it is just based on each separate company to produce it at their own pace.
