Nagisa is quite spirited and exceptionally skilled in martial arts, often intentionally taking down opponents. She's not just searching for a dreamy guy to sweep her off her feet but someone who can match her in combat. The title "Chou Kuseninarisou" frequently appears; it's the title of Nagisa's most popular song, seemingly her only one.

Very depressing. Must have been hell to write.
If anything, it's a story about the necessity of death, because otherwise we would be trapped forever in the transient madness of our own selves: doomed to repeat every iteration, both the joyous and the horrific.
I hope Fujimoto gets the help he needs, he's clearly a thoughtful person beyond the futility.
As the author, he decided to end it on a hopeful note, more for his own sanity than the story itself I imagine.
