if im not wrong appraisal shows stats and everything else is based on what the user knows, like what they think a person's name is,
in the novels someone whose features are hidded would only come up as "masked person" or "cloaked person" for example

It’s a feel good read. Nothing is conventional about this manga. The drama fits the story so well unlike some other stories. It’s a fast and well worth it read.

Some of these stats are getting out of hand lmao.

For cut scene, a lot of games have bugs where if you time your self properly to die right before the cut scene is being played, your character will became invincible when revived because the state of the character is still in the cut scene state, where usually the character is made not be able to die so the scene can be played properly. This is one of the exploits in elden ring that has been patched by the developer.

So most, if not all of the cases in this manga is still actually valid for most modern games.
