This author does it again. They consistently nail this type of emotional payoff that's wierdly subtle. Like, I didn't cry, but I did sit back in my chair and just stare at the ceiling for a while.

This might be the best "I was kicked out of the hero's party" type manga I have seen, but its too early to know for sure. The only thing that's confusing for me which I hope they give more details on are classes/skills/requirements. He "changes" to swordsman but still keeps all his enchanter buffs/skills so is he a jack of all trades because of training more than one class and not focusing on one or is there limits to skill points etc. From what I have seen it doesn't seem like there is a limit or locked classes, you're what you train to be. If you have enough time you can master everything but the hero's party is in a rush to be first so wants only specialist that focus only on one class each and the main character wants to be a jack of all trades with swordsmanship and self buffs perfect for soloing.
