I wished Pencilgon and Oikatzo were here for the gender change, they would talk so much shit to each other and to Pencilgon and would have liked to see Pencilgon's character would have been if she turned to he. While it doesn't matter much for "Players" as they can be either or in-game when making a character, the sudden change would stop them for a few (just like it did now) but it's a really, "whatever" thing unless you never pick the other gender. The NPC's freaking out is funny and Emul having a "Carrot" out in the open, while makes sense given her outfit, it came out of the left field for me, didn't expect to see that in this manga
