College student and pianist Su-yeon spirals into self-destruction after a disastrous piano performance. To cope with his mounting anxiety, he turns to casual encounters, finding temporary relief in the intimacy. During one such encounter, he ends up with Hae-su, a student-athlete, but has no recollection of the event. Hae-su, however, remembers everything vividly. When they are paired together for a group project, Hae-su is resolute in breaking through Su-yeon's emotional barriers. Initially hesitant, Su-yeon starts to realize that life offers more than just shades of blue.
