As he maneuvers through the perilous forests of this new realm, he discovers that he can access a massive online shopping site. With his newfound cheat ability, Ken'ichi aspires to lead a leisurely life in this alternate world.

Basically, slow life is a lie and MC gets handed everything constantly with women attracted to him on a supernatural level.
The ending of the manga is just the start of the royal arc where
it was a comfy silly isekai. absolutely nothing outstanding, but also naught egregiously wrong.
the characters were fun enough and not boring, the plot lines were stupid and silly, but inoffensive.
the art was perfectly serviceable.
and then the axe came without mercy.
its not like this kind of chinese comics book has a plot that needs to be resolved, a story in need of finality before the auteur up and croaks suddenly.
but this one was ways off from having squeezed all it can from the characters and premise, so its brutal murder is a shame when absolute filth keeps running for decades on end with no resolution in sight.
Dead after 57 chapters. To say it was a sudden end is an understatement, as I had no idea it was ending just one chapter from the last. Shame.
The frequency that publishers axe titles these days is making me more wary of picking up any uncompleted works.
As of writing this review I've just read chapter 55. Won't spoil it but let's just say that the royal family in this story is your typical dickwads. And if the manga goes along the same path as the novel then you'll really be pissed off with the bullshit that's about to go down.
EDIT: So I just found out belatedly that this manga was axed after chapter 57, so basically right after one of the most bullshit "resolution" of a conflict, the publisher decided "yep that's a good place to end this."
PURE TRASH.
Enjoyed every chapter from the very beginning
This feels like a slow-paced slice of life. The protagonist could easily make a fortune, but he holds himself back, seemingly only trying to maintain the necessities of a comfortable and quiet life for his foreseeable future.
The fact that the protagonist is middle-aged removes a lot of the usual sexual tension that is often found in these kinds of isekai manga. He even goes out of his way to try to dissuade young women from having a relationship with him, suggesting that they should seek out younger men. He does not avoid sexual encounters entirely, but it's usually very casual with no strings attached. So far there have been nothing but a few one-night stands. I would not expect romance from this manga. It doesn't seem to be high on his priority list.
