    I enjoy proper story structure and skillful trope usage as much as anyone, but I don't think that's really the focus here. For me, the fact that this author's stories create such a distinct vibe despite his writing being so unconvetional is the most interesting part. It gives me this "I like this and I dont know why" kind of feeling, and I love that shit. But if the vibe doesnt interest you in the first place, I can see how that confusion might be more frustrating than fascinating.
