    Gotta say, I was kind of disappointed it wasn't turning out like Demon God's Lackey where the MC is actually just there to give advice, but the romance feels so naturally paced it's become really fun to read.

    Also, forcing a glow up on someone works in this story because it is set in a medieval setting and it's not a new trope for writers to write characters that follow the societal norms in the period their story is set in. Obviously, you shouldn't do that irl cus that's just a dick move to make in our current modern setting.

    If it's managing talented people to do work I think that would be quite easy as long as you, or the members aren't conflicting with each other. Why I can't do this in real life is that even if they are good at something, that level of good is not flexible they can only do things within their own little scope and is afraid of expanding it
