I don't mind incest or whatever, to me that was the only good thing about this manga besides the art.
I thought it was extremely boring. The only reason why I didn't fall asleep was solely because of the taboo-ness of Incest.

I believe no matter what class/job he has, he's still capable of becoming strong as long as Ursula and the others are teaching him or lending him powers..

it's not the appraiser job that is amazing, it's the guardians and yggdrasils that is amazing.. I mean, without lending the eyes and using yggdrasil's drop(both SS rank), he wouldn't be able to copy skills or improve his physical and magical abilities..

Relius needs to focus and enter his blacksmith hero god mode. And is all the heroes newbies in this like I would assume there is some high ranking ones that could help.
