    to be fair about the princess it is like an extreme version of a sailor who was part of a racing team and owned a top of the line boat but was later given a death at see (even though it's illegal, also Vikings didn't burn the ship just put it to sea), then the racing team showing up needing the boat since they don't have another for a race. true the dude did own the boat but it sucks that a top of the line racing boat was just destroyed when they needed it. the staff and robe were valuable and could save lives, but they were the dudes property so they can do what they like.
