    Moving on, what the hell was that with the slaves getting slaughtered by the MC. What the hell was I supposed to understand from that? The MC (a former slave) found out some slaves were allowed "too much freedom" and decided to kill them all because they didn't "work as hard" as he did? What kinda shit is that? The slaves are finally rebelling and taking back their freedom. Stopping the citizens from taking their lives senselessly like they did to the MC's father. Stopping citizens from raping their wives and daughters, like they did the MC's mother, and the MC is fighting against them? Because they "bit the hand that fed them"?

    Let’s not assume things, I didn’t hate on the side story at all. I actually really liked it, but I just think it didn’t need to be 6 chapters, especially when it’s not really relevant to the narrative, main characters, or even supporting characters.
