As a woman of partially Scottish heritage, I think there's something pretty hot about a hot guy in a skirt.

The art's great, and the concept had the potential to be a deeper story with elements of real critiques of gender stereotypes and outdated norms. Unfortunately, it's just a gag manga based on boys acting out the most stereotypical manga-girl tropes. One of those stories that I wish had been written by a different creator.

They're not in-charge fore say the actual political faction, but they're representing their noble houses political motives (how they were brought up). These early representations in their life will define them when they graduate from the school. Its not like they own those factions, just that they represent those ideals, especially with the prince and such attends the school (Kind of like highschool friend groups but more politically motivated).
