Yes the romance might be mediocre but I don't think it's the focus of the story at all. What this manga does exceptionally well is the characterization. Each character acts like a real person with their own motivation and do things in their own way. The senior professor is power hungry but also actually eager to work and contribute, the expert salesman is manipulative as hell but also observant and competent, the handsome doctor seems like an arrogant asshole at first but turns out to be surprisingly kind and considerate,... There's no cartoonishly bad or good people much like in real life. From interactions between these characters we can learn about the general inner workings of a large organization, with all the company politics, non-stop meetings, dealing with difficult colleagues and customers alike. The slice of life is what this story is all about.

Damn I really love this Isekai. MC is OP as usual but the mangaka is really good at making the story gripping and engaging. The fights are *chef’s kiss*, and the monster art are great. If I had to nitpick, art wise the character’s faces sometimes are bit simplistic but it adds to the charm.
