High school student Ao has long harbored dreams about Ryomei, his longtime neighbor who serves as a priest at the local Shinto shrine. Feeling both freaked out and incredibly excited by the idea of a relationship with Ryomei, Ao summons up his courage to confess his feelings. However, he is met with a flat rejection. Not one to give up easily, Ao persists creatively, gradually weakening Ryomei's resolve. His persistence pays off when he finally gets a kiss from Ryomei.
