Scarlet is a wonder. This series is a testament to how "isekai" is more often than not an unnecessary plot device. Scarlet achieves self-realization and independence all on her own merit, without having her original personality supplanted by an other worlder. Her approach to solving her problems borders on parody of the genre but is reliant on its genre clichés to deliver emotional catharsis (who among us can say that they have not desired to see a self-centered fool of a prince punched in a work of this genre?).
