    as much as it makes you uncomfortable, rape is something that has always happened in nature, the only reason humans mostly evolved past it is laws, but even those don't stop everyone now and they sure as hell haven't stopped armies from mass rape in the last thousands of years either
    it is definitely a huge cliche that a writer could intentionally avoid but it would definitely happen if humans were suddenly thrust into a survival of the fittest situation like this again
