In chapter three, they mention the first magic user. They label him as a “legend” or “like the presence of a dragon”, but would that be the case? Do they only call them that because they discovered and manipulated magic/mana, or was he all powerful? I think that the first of anything would definitely not be the best, this person has a limited lifespan, and unless there has been signs of magic already popping up around then, they must have no research or basis on where to even start with it. Magic is the type of thing that grows better with knowledge about it. I’ve seen plenty manga/manhawa where the good way to do magic was covered up over time, but why would you need to do that? So I do not understand why this first magician dude would be so good, you can be the first person tho know something, But you can’t make up the rules about it for something like that. (Like gravity and physics).
