Lumi and Luka Kobayakawa are identical twins who both join the track team and have a shared admiration for an attractive senior, Katsuyuki Tohma. However, he chooses Luka. Despite Luka's efforts to avoid hurting Lumi's feelings, Lumi feels betrayed by her sister. On their way to a party celebrating the graduation of the team's seniors, they take shelter in a cave, which turns out to be a mass grave. The strange odor from the cave proves fatal to all the team members, with only Lumi and Luka surviving. Following this tragedy, Lumi undergoes a drastic transformation. One day, she eerily emerges from the floor of Luka's room.
