Sabu is a gyoza master.  His presentation of the supersized gyozas isn't something you usually see.

There was a little shop in Sendagaya
(between Shinjuku and Shibuya) that prepared big rounded gyoza that I loved, but that place is long gone.  The filling is the moistest when they're big... I think it's more satisfying than two portions of average size.

That said, this manga is becoming a masterclass of Ramen Business Management.  Author-san must have worked in the kitchens before (and during perhaps?) manga gigs paid off... Incredible insight.
