You need a huge amount of very good cast of characters to keep these slow arcs still entertainin but this manga rn barely have that. 70% of cast is NPC and remainin(aside of 5-6) are so underdeveloped as characters that they are forgettable if not mentioned by manga itself.
These chapters could've been spent on developin these characters further instead we got this bad version of SoL.
