maybe if you consider that most animals age and mature at a faster rate than humans, `1human year = 7 dog years, then it might not be that strange. The whole premise is insane. but we breed dogs starting at 1(human) year.so if at 4 years old, building a harem makes some semblance of sense. Story still very wild.

I got scared for a second there, thinking it was about to be axed or something, but it was only the start of a new arc.

Well teachers also have no actual control of kids.
