"I have to get into that school!" This thought struck Chinatsu during the summer of her third year in middle school. Up until then, Chinatsu hadn't given much thought to her life goals or dreams. However, after witnessing a match in the Japan National High School Baseball Tournament (or Koshien), she found herself with a clear objective! She put in extra effort and eventually succeeded in getting into the school. On her first day, though, she encountered a senior who looked rather intimidating but turned out to be the ace player of the baseball team!
