Taiyou no Mokushiroku

In the early years of the 21st century, Japan faced a series of devastating earthquakes and volcanic eruptions. The country was torn apart, literally split in two, leading to one of its darkest periods. Tens of millions lost their lives, and the economy crumbled. The remnants of Japan are now under the control of "aid forces" from the U.S. and China. Amid this chaos, Genichiro Ryu, an exceptionally resourceful young boy, not only survives but also spreads a message of unyielding optimism: "Above the clouds and ash, the sun still shines and the sky remains blue."
