    @0Gungrave0 Obviously they wouldnt get these kind of injuries if they didnt overwork themselves. However the industry has the same work ethic as the rest of corporate japan demanding 80hr work weeks to produce weekly chapters. Oda Eiichiro for example used to sleep 3 hours a day. If you look up Shiibashi Hiroto's work schedule you'll see how grueling it was while he was working on Nurarihyon no Mago. Its something that has to change. Switching to either biweekly chapters or semi annual long breaks so mangaka don't physically burn themselves out wouldn't be a terrible idea
