In July 2005, a series of mysterious homicides occurred in the sweltering city of Tokyo. All victims were women, and their deaths were attributed to traumatic shocks. Given the unusual nature of these incidents, there is reason to believe they are connected to the occult. To clarify the direction of their investigation, the metropolitan police department decided to seek assistance from influential figures in the occult world.
