"Sex Friend" is an anthology comprising four short stories. The titular story revolves around classmates Kyoichi and Yoh, whose bond exceeds that of best friends but doesn't quite fit the label of lovers. Kyoichi finds himself questioning whether he is merely a convenient sex friend to Yoh or if their relationship holds deeper significance for Yoh.
