Kota is a laid-back, often distracted boy. One day, an eerie, puppet-like being from outer space, featuring large, endearing eyes, arrives and abducts his right arm. This alien is called Eichi, and he has plans to take over Planet Earth. However, his scheme quickly spirals out of control, leading to chaos throughout the neighborhood. Matters become even more complicated when Kota's girlfriend, Erika, who has a curvaceous figure, becomes involved.
