one of the first mangas i’ve picked up beginning to end. it’s pretty bittersweet and i generally love the classic love story ending but this wasn’t all that bad either. ko and nazuna’s desires were fairly selfish towards the beginning, ko wanting to be a vampire and nazuna wanting a buddy and an easy yummy foood source by the end being bit wasn’t an act of self preservation or fufillment for either of them despite both of them wanting it. both of them still have their desires but are suppressing it out of love for themselves and each others. they still have feelings but care each other enough to hold out. only disappointment is the fact that ko is a half vamp which was a weird plot point to leave open ended. like maybe he wouldn’t die or he’ll live longer.l

The graphic is very poor but the story is interesting
