This Gundam Seed Astray series, much like its original manga counterpart, delves deeply into the backstory and clarifies numerous aspects that the anime barely explores.
Although the narrative is compelling, the artwork leaves much to be desired. It's rather crude and rough, often making it difficult for me to identify specific objects. Additionally, there are instances where an object seems to alter in size from one panel to another.
Nevertheless, this manga introduces a unique Gundam known as the Regenerate Gundam, which is exclusive to Astray R. True to its name, this Gundam has the remarkable ability to repair itself during combat.
