Myoujin serves as a guide for spirits. Unlike the majority, he possesses the ability to see ghosts, entities that coexist and wander within our world. But he has an even rarer gift: he can touch them. Okegawa Himeno is an ordinary 16-year-old girl studying in Tokyo. She has now become Myoujin's housemate; in fact, he is her landlord. After narrowly escaping death herself, Himeno gains the ability to see the walking dead. At least now she can meet her neighbors.
