Koihime Soushi

The princess of love, Koiko, possesses the power to make people admire her with a zap. However, this power will fade as she reaches adulthood and marriage. There was one boy, Shirou, whom she had never zapped. He didn't show up as promised, revealing himself to be one of the legendary shadow ninjas.
