@OHYsReading I'm not saying i particularly agree but to play devils advocate, farma isnt exactly a god. it could be possible, since we know spirits exist in that world, that a god or otherwise "good" spirit took over his sisters body and used it to become the first medicine god. now again i dont particularly believe thats actually the case but we really dont know much of the world yet so while doubtful it could be possible.
