    lol at all the people who can't handle all the "politics". This is just very typical Chinese beuracracy and not so far off how many people in asian culture tend to do things.
    in short: It's all about building and saving face.
    Henche why they ramble so much about doing this or that, and pulling on all the strings they can find.

    I like it. It makes it more than just a dumb shonen where violence is the only way forward. At least you get some context behind the violence.
