I'd say Kang would be Ijin's toughest opponent easily in TM, and in this, Ijin would be Kang's toughest opponent too. Both are beasts and wouldn't actually get in a fight. But yeah I think if they did fight both would be gravely injured and kang barely wins. More experience and more brutal.
