This is a semi-autobiographical story of manga author Kazuichi Hanawa's time when he was taken in for a violation of bearing arms.
The main character has an intense passion for collecting guns. What can he do about this? Not much, really. He can't help it even though he lives in a country where owning firearms is illegal. All he can do is continue his hobby and hope that nothing goes wrong.
Unfortunately, things did go wrong, leading us to follow his experience in prison.
