You're thinking of 400 viewer streamers. Asmongold took a multi-month break and he can get his numbers up any time he feels like it. He casually breaks 40k viewers consistently. The XQC example is also entirely accurate.
The premise is different, or any isekai with fast cultivating skills would be the same. Cheat isekai is a genre by now you know. This ones trope is joblessness, meikyuu is about someone who is hella depressed, and sought an outlet, meikyuu is a character builder isekai whereas this one is a cultivation isekai (I took the broadest sense to show that the premise is different) plagiarism is about exact paraphrasing, homage has rewritten material, this is just a manga built on tropes and cliches.
I think titanium bones would be the dumbest idea in the world.
Titanium is light compared to other metals, but it is still metal, the strain it would put on the body is no joke, and that... is if we don't start to think about the possible metal poisoning.
I don't know if titanium is poisonous but at that quantity... there has to be some effect.
Oh... and there is the fact that blood is made in the bones, so her swapping her bones could mean she would be anemic... or worse, I don't really know, my biology knowledge for this is lacking for specifics besides pointing out how stupid this is.
