Yuuji Kitano, a recent college graduate and former athlete, secures a job at a large sports equipment corporation. He quickly realizes he faces numerous challenges: navigating high-level corporate politics, earning the trust of his skilled female colleagues, experiencing frequent job rotations and changes in position, and dealing with a tough HR manager who also happens to be his landlord.
