15-year-old Imai Hibiki suffers from androphobia, a fear of men. After her apartment was destroyed by fire, the head of the Student Union, Kousaka Giou, invited her to live with him. Hibiki had asked to move out following the incident. Giou had fallen in love with Hibiki at first sight, which led him to extend this invitation and also investigate why Hibiki developed a fear of men recently. Since their initial meeting, Hibiki has slipped into a state of distrust and depression. What events led to Hibiki's current condition, and can she learn to trust someone again?
